The Advertising and Graphic Design program at CVCC desired to rebrand the program’s working space, logo, and rethink recruitment efforts and how the promotional appeals to students might need to change to increase interest in this field.
For this rebrand, our design team had to take an entirely new turn. The project had a defining moment when a pivot in our design process required a new idea. It was a struggle at times when there was a point to pivot that required developing a new idea. One of the group ideas centered around geometric concepts. When it comes to design, there are many shapes that make a logo or small figures. Our team’s tagline emerged as “Shape your future.”
